      CAT method questions

So, I have started stage 1 of the Cat method and am on night 5 but I accidently slept in about 30 minutes. Should I extend stage 1 for another day, or should it be fine? Also what is,your experience with the Cat method?

I have no experience with CAT, but that I know, stage 1 is very very important, to the point that Daniel Love (the creator of the technique as you probably know) recommends repeating it from time to time. So, if I were you, I would extend it a few more days, if at all possible, so that your brain chemistry has time to adapt completely to the schedule change.
