As a matter of fact, this happened to me today. I was in a lucid dream, looking at my reflection, levitating monk style, and trying for 360 vision (got really close!). The dream began to fade, and I felt myself in bed, even saw through my physical eyes for a moment. I focused on my dream body and rubbed my (dream) hands together. Once I was back in the dream, I did the hold-your-nose-and-breathe RC, which somehow stabalizes my LDs. It does skip right past all those WILD steps! I have never done the five step method, though I have tried; I can't even get to the vibrations. But I think there might be a shortcut here. Anyone else? I'm going to keep working on this method; maybe I can learn to do it straight from fully awake! I'll report back with progress. |
