Thread: Another Damn Idea! YAY!

Hey people...how are you all...yes..im the one...no..not from da matrix...fuck dat...but the one that keeps comin up with ideas on how to keep LD's longer..Like the whole summoning a clock and setting it for a long LD...Well i have another Idea

Its called LUCID CHAIR


Alright..this maybe easier for some, then others, depends on ur room..

okay..my idea is like this.


Take a spot in your room-maybe a corner or something or just somewhere that will work...and get a desk--or if you already have a desk...post a bunch of pictures--not Lucid ones-but just ones that like seem odd..something imaginary, to get your imagination and thoughts going...They can be anything dreamning, but try keepin it to realistic odd pictures...

Anywho..*i prefer to have a mirror on the wall where you would sit to face ur desk, and have photos around ur mirror* and each time you would sit in that chair...through out the day..you will stop everything, and think only about LUCID Dreaming..and get your thoughts going, and just day dream about your next Lucid Dream you want to have and go into real good detail...while you sit there done let any other thoughts come across you..

When you sit...think as long as you are allowed to until you have to go do something else.....Now if you sit in the chair a few times a day and think all about Lucid Dreaming...you are meditating your mind and clearing it and focusing on a simple fact of Lucid Dreaming...

So...after doing this a few days..you may some day come into a Dream and be sitting in your CHAIR..and you will remember.."I only sit in this chair when i think about Lucid Dreaming..." then BOOM!!!


That would rulE!

im not sure if this idea is as good as your other ideas. were there any drugs involved in the creation of this one? heh j/k. i dunno if doing this would make you dream about it though. could work.

it sounds like something similar that i have been working on, and so far it has been working, at least in waking life. any time i am outside of my bedroom, i tell myself, "since i am not in my bedroom i could be dreaming". so far now, every time i am not in my bedroom, i ask myself if i am dreaming and do an RC. hopefully this will transition into some dreams, like the ultimate dreamsign. this is basically an enhanced version of the "since i am in bed going to sleep, if i am anywhere else i will be dreaming" thing. hope this works.

pretty much just like a reality check... I used my phone like ur chair. I had my cell phone vibrate ever hour in my pocket. and while it vibrated I could think only of LD"ing and reality checking.. then one day my phone vibrated in my dream.. and whalah!

His idea or mine? Anyway to make my cellphone go off.. It has an alarm feature. I set up to 6 alarms. Starte them from when I wake up till I run out of alarms to use. Then I set them all on vibrate. Then when I hit about 2:00PM I have to set new alarms for the evening. Its ez... but it really works. It has worked 100% for me every time! The only reason I stoppped b/c people on here told me it was insanely dumb to sleep w/ a cell phone and it can give u cancer and shit... so I got worried and just cut it out.

it might not be as bad, if u have one of those motorolas or whatever in which u can unscrew the actual antenna. although ive received a call when it was unscrewed once...

believe it or not, the brainwave generator has a full screen flashing mode which u can set up on a timer. ive had it set to flash white and black. each time it actually wakes me up. it seems it would be just as effective as the novadreamer. if i can set my monitor to a low enough brightness. i kinda gave up on it. but theres no reason it wouldnt work

Sounds like dream incubation to me.. where you tell yourself what your gonna dream about throught the day through meditation idunno if it works for lucids but hey its worth a try

Yours. I tried it but my cell phone alarm can only go off once a day unless i reset it every time
