      Little help passing SP

Looking for a little help in getting past sleep paralysis when trying various techniques after a wbtb. Same thing always happens regardless of the technique used and I always back out!
My whole body always feels like it's vibrating/pulsating, I get deafeningly loud tinnitus and I get overwhelmed with fear to the point I need to "snap out" of it.

Is this normal? And is there a solution? Or am I just going to have to ride this out?

      Thanks in advance

During WILD sometimes you get sensations like Vibrations, Paralysis, Hallucinations n' other stuff
They are natural process that happens everytime you enter Rem Sleep
But you don't remember it because part of brain for creating new memories was off during entering a normal dream

When you are doing WILD your trying to pass onto Dream Stage with consciousness which includes creating new memories aswell

So i guess you just need to get used to it

Yes. Don't be afraid. I too get those vibrations, sounds, etc and you know what? I like it a lot. I see it as a good sign. A sign that a great LD is coming.

I will try and spin my emotions to positive ones like yourself! I have always tried to tell myself that it's fine in these situations but I can't control my heart rate or fear haha thanks!!

From what i've heard people get sudden fast heartbeats or breathing during attempts to WILD
That heartbeat increase of yours might be just natural part of WILD process, so you should just focus on associating yourself with WILD Dive so you won't fear anymore, even if heartbeat weren't natural but just fear, after overcoming fear it will be alright
      I'm back! Again? Uhhh..

The sensations are normal. I'd suggest try a longer WBTB, or a change of your WBTB activities so you aren't so alert. You want to be close to sleep when you start the WILD, so that you slip into the dream more quickly. You can also try adjusting your WBTB+WILD attempt earlier or later in the night. If most of your WILD attempts end up with you still awake, irritated, and giving up, then that's too much on the alert end. Adjust toward the end that most of your WILD attempts end with you falling asleep unknowingly (which might have a higher chance of DILD too). When you're more sleepy, it's easier to ride the hypnagogic sensations and remain calm through the transition.
I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
