yeah that counting thing works. i was using it too! although sometimes it doesnt work at all.

you know what the weird thing was? I tried this after a full 8 hours of sleep! normally your too awake to do it, but somehow it worked. i usually try it after 4 to 6 hours of sleep, but no way not anymore. im usually too tired and fall asleep right away.

the weird thing was, i was wide awake the whole time, but then suddonly its like i lost all sense of time and space. like i had no idea how long iw as there or whatever. then from there i kept going in and out of little "dreams" or whatever it was. this is cool. im going to try WBTB WILD more often after full sleep periods instead of a few hours.

also, if you can only try it on the weekends, you should just make it a habbit to set an alarm at like 4 AM then stay up for 30 minutes and try it. if you are really dedicated that is. just make sure you get enough sleep beforehand!
