Hello friend, since I've joined this site I've only had 1 Dild at its great just having success once after many failed attempts but if you want dreams to be more vivid try using YouTube on your phone for binaural beats I can you realizable links if you like, also if you want to stay in the lucid dream it's advised to stay calm and rub your hands together (like when your old) hope I helped ��

Thanks. I've actually tried beats. They helped once when I almost had a WILD but nothing since that happened. I'll try again with those and see what happens.

I was in a cold dark and silent room when that almost WILD happened and was listening to those beats.
