Hopping back on the LD Train?

Okay so this past week or two I just took a break from LD COMPLETELY.
I would still like to have atleast one LD before summer Ends.
My question is, Where do I start back ? 0.o practicing techniques ? Practicing my recall ? God I hope it isn't from the beginning again. My recall was awesome.

If you've trained your Dream Recall before to good level then all you might need for it to work again is just some confidence and belief
When you will wake up you can try to stay still in bed with eyes closed trying to remind yourself Dream and it's details

That way you should be able to see how much you can remember and how much of your previous recall there is
      I'm back! Again? Uhhh..
