      A Few Questions That i would like answered

      Okay so I've took a break from LD for about 3 weeks,and I wanna get back into it starting tonight.
      My question is
      Do I have to practice my recall all over again from the beginning or is it still the same as were i left off?
      I've been listening to relaxing videos every night as I fall asleep but that causes me not to wake up in the middle of the night or remember ny dreams.
      Tonight ill say a mantra, drink lots of water , and not listen to anything.
      I hope I don't have to restart all over x,c

      You know yourself the best
      It should be fairly easy to check yourself if you have same or worse recall

      If it's back to zero point then you can try to practice it up
      If it's gotten little worse then you should just built it up a little back

      You shouldn't also worry too much or stress about possiblity of having low dream recall
      Beliving in fact that your dream recall is back to zero might worse it
      I would suggest you going to sleep optimisticly fully beliving that you have absolute dream recall
