Sleep Schedule ? /Schedule In General?

Alright so I would be doing this stuff by myself but I just can't push myself to fall asleep at a certain time & ill end up staying up for 2 hours more. I used to be really good at following a schedule a few months ago & I remembered lots of dreams.
I'm just wondering if anyone could give me a schedule to follow by? That way I'd feel that I actually HAVE to do it.

Like good you tell me the time I must be in bed,
      The times I should meditate?
What mantra should I use when following asleep ( I know that all mantras would be good if I believe in them, but could you just recommend me one? I had the most luck from one someone gave me)
Is there anyway I could record myself saying the mantra, putting it on loop, and just listening to it as I go to bed?

Sorry for all these questions lol, I'm sure I'm getting better at my recall though.

If there is one thing I can say with certainty about lucid dreaming, it is the fact that it's a very personalized hobby. My own or someone elses' schedule might be bad for your own lucid ability, the time at which I meditate might not be fitting for your schedule, the mantras that work for me might not work for you, etc etc.
Sorry, I understand why you want to be told these things by someone else, but there's definitely not a "recipe" you can get from someone that will boost your lucid ability. Everything is customized, you must find out what works best for you. I know it sucks to hear that, because it implies a lot of trial and error and time spent, but in the end, it's the most effective way, because then you find what truly matters for you, and that's the most important thing.

I don't think you need a consistent schedule (although it helps), the biggest thing is to get 6 hours of sleep before you try to LD. The last 2 hours of sleep (if you normally get 8 hours) is the easiest time to LD.

If consistency is your issue, the key is to create a routine and stick to it long enough that it becomes a habit. Secondly, it's easier to create a consistent routine first thing in the morning than last thing at night. When you wake up, you start with a clean slate and can practice a strict routine. But in the evening, your routine is more likely to be interrupted by other events or strained by stress, lack of motivation, etc.

So my general suggestion is to shift your focus to when you wake up instead of when you go to bed. Specifically, here's a simple approach: Wake up when the sun rises. Go to bed when your body tells you to. Don't sleep in on the weekends. If you have trouble falling asleep, look closely at any activities that are too stimulating in the PM hours. Noon should be the cut off time for caffeine. Build a consistent morning routine that includes whatever activities best suit you. That might be journaling, meditating, breakfast, showering, and so one.

It's not uncommon for people to think they "aren't a morning person" but this is a myth and a negative self-fulfilling prophesy. You will sleep better overall if you let your body dictate when you sleep instead of stressing about a particular hour, and also by not sleeping in sunlight. Once the habit takes hold, your time to bed will become quite regular anyway.

I am sure about illusion. I am not so sure about reality.
