      "Lucid Dreamer" iPhone App

Has anyone/do people use this app as a way to become lucid? I found this in the app store and downloaded it, then used the free trial of the premium version. I am wondering about other peoples experiences with the app and whether or not it is a viable way to LD, I appreciate any comments/questions about it.*Especially the "subliminator" -does it work?
      Thanks!

Research seems to indicate that subliminal messages aren't very useful for these kinds of things (or for most things they are mentioned about). But who knows, if it helps you remembering your intention to lucid dream, by all means keep using it

I personally use "Reality Check" and consider it to be the best (not that there's many) app around, simply because of it's simplicity and effectiveness on reality checking. At first I'd set it up every hour, but when I want to regain the habit I set random alarms no more than 15 minutes apart, which gives me quite an intensive way of getting back to the routine. Eventually I start reminding myself to reality check without the need of the alarms, and I once again diminish their frequency.
For people who are just starting out with reality checks/are very distracted I can't recommend that app enough...just don't rely on it forever!

There are some apps for lucid dreaming routine, and while I find the idea fascinating (I even tried one created by a DV member, loved it!), at some point I find it's somewhat a hassle to have to input so much into an app every single day.
