      Some questions on SSILD

I know that in the SSILD you must concentry on a sense between hearing, feeling and seeing l but you have to do only one sense or all sense a time and second if I choose only the visual sense on what do I must concentrate on the black of the backlids , on the phospens? Ecc.

And is OK that in the auditory sense there's nothing to hear? Because at night time there's pretty nothing to hear at

I have read this article on SSILD (found it somewhere on this forum, can't recall) that seems very self explanatory (can't post links yet so search cosmiciron SSILD on google)
However I like to think that even if there is no sound outside you can still focus on other sounds as your heartbeats, the sound of the blood flowing in your ears (like when you put a shell to your ear) and your breathing
But I'm far from a SSILD expert so let's wait for further advice from the community

When you do an SSILD (if you want to follow it the way it states) you do for example seeing first, then hearing, then feeling. You do each of these for approximately 30 seconds (don't count just guess) so about a minute and a half for each cycle. Cycle for about 4-5 times and you go to sleep after.

If you don't see anything visually that is okay as you aren't trying to look for anything. Normally I have random colours and waves passing on the back of my eyes and observe that but you are mainly just looking at the back of your eyelids.

As with visual you do not need to hear anything when you are listening. You are just trying to fall asleep (or something XD), so if you can't hear anything that is okay, but I listen to a high pitch consistent noise in my ear that it quite loud once you start listening.

Hopefully you can use the SSILD to get some LDs!
