I have reasons because of which I'm training lucidity 24/7 but...I don't know what to do during the day. |

The obvious thing is reality checks. I do a RC every hour (watch beeps), everytime i look at my cell phone (the screen of my cell says "R U DREAMING?") and any specific dream signs that you have (for me, a specific girl i know who always appears in my dreams). |

"100% success you bitch"
Hmm, well RCs are of course something to do but they're not a constant activity... |
|
Thinking further from the above I came to thinking...perhaps there's a way to keep a constant frame of mind related to RCing? |
|
Hmm, first time I've posted three times in the same thread consecutively but realization is a step-by-step process it seems, heh. |

First, you could try self-hypnosis or meditation. You can give yourself suggestions (refer to HILD tutorial - Hypnosis Induced Lucid Dream) that can increase your LD ratio tremendously. |

Thanks, iadr, I just hope my impatience will grow into patience because it's what has stopped me before in many things. But I know that this will take time and effort and I've decided firmly that I'll take that time, I won't be impatient because the result means a lot to me. |

Merlock, when I first read about LDing a couple of years ago, the first technique I read about was to look at your hand all day and say to yourself "Im dreaming" while looking at it. Do it for about 10 seconds as often as you can throughout the day. I usually look at the palm of my hand, then the other side, and then just back and forth for a few seconds. Two days later I had my first intentional LD and not only that, I was in complete control and was doing everything I had been planning to do. I had my second LD a while after that using the same method. For some reason, the hand thing just totally works for me. I'm in the dream and my hand pops up in front of me and I automatically say "I'm dreaming" and then it clicks. |

Well, instead of doing reality or awareness checks periodically I did as stated above, during the day, “under all conditions” think continuously that “all things are of the substance of dreams” (that is, that your experience is a construction of your mind) and resolve that you will realize their true nature." |
