      Best time to do reality checks

      Have you ever considered when the best time is to do reality checks ? I'm thinking that the best time to do reality checks, which is also the time I've done them the least, is during the night when you wake up from dreams, or for other reasons like having to use the bathroom. That way you are more apt to catch one of those false awakenings, which I have had so many times, when I could sware I recorded a dream, but when I get up in the morning there is nothing written down, due to it having been a false awakening. What does anyone else think the best time might be ?

      If you commonly experience False Awakenings, then I agree with your timing, completely. I always do Awareness Checks if I wake up in the middle of the night.
