      The Typhuse Technique

For all who are reading this and say "Never Will", then have fun never WILDing. .

Well, first off you may think I'm a newb here.. Wrong. I have been here for a great time this year. I was known as "Dual Wielder" and "Darth|Sidious".

Now for my info. This has not been tested by anyone except me and does NOT always work. I have recently found out a little easier way to attain lucidity. Here are my steps:

      1) I would first make sure I am clean. This of course means shower, teeth, and soul. This step is no trequired but I believe it helps me.

      2) I lay down in the coldest part of my bed. I then start taking deep breathes. I start getting into slower, less deep breathes. When you find yourself not controling your breathe, but you are breathing very slowly, you can move to the next step. (This works better for doing a deep meditation technique instead.. Deep breathes are fine for me, though.)

      3) Just lay there while you start to does off. Tell yourself every 10 - 20 seconds to wake back up, if you start falling asleep.

      4) When you start to see images this is when it gets to the good part. Usually, when I reach this it is very hard to start falling asleep instead of going with the images. One other hard obstacle for me is when I am say, riding a bike, while I go along with these images and I fall then I jump and wake up. That is what may not be very good about this technique.

      5) If you finally get to where the images seem like they're real.. That's when your lucid. You may end up falling asleep at step 4. If not then feel free to roam your dream.

      Notes:
This is just an edited technique of a WILD.
This has worked but may not always work.
You don't have to sleep 5-6 hours. I have done this without it. Just make sure you a very relaxed.
If you need to itch then do it. Just don't devote most of your mind to that itch. (As in don't think about the things around you.)
Feel free to alter the steps to your liking.

It sounds like WILD because it's just a variant of WILD.

Thanks for the method Typhuse, I'll try it over the weekend!

on step #4, do u mean that, u don't have to visualize anything but let the image come to u? after the vibrating, hearing voices, and the feeling of sinking, i still draw a blank. i wakeup after that. i know that u can control yourself in a dream because i DILD a couple times. it didn't last that long though. my problem now is how to get pass the transition phase. i want to
WILD instead. can anybody give some advice?
