I've began trying to attain lucidity yesterday.
I read about Lucidity for 1 hour before I got to sleep, and kept trying to think 'I'll remember I'm dreaming, I'll know that I am sleeping, etc' and I don't remember having drifted off - So I probably started sleeping thinking of that.
Then when I woke up, I immediatly thought "I'm awake" and did a reality check. Keep in mind I would never usually remember to do something immediatly after waking up, so I think I've had the whole 'Try to remember you're sleeping' thing in my mind for the whole night.
I'm gonna do this until I finally realise I'm in a dream. I'm gonna read the forum here today, hopefully to find out beginner techniques.
