A few nights ago i was sleeping and realized i was about to wake up, i simply told myself 'no' and i got a realllly wierd feeling inside, i sat up on my bed and started spinning but for sum reason i got either really scared or really excited and woke up. Is this normal for sombodys first LD?

Yes that is normal. There are ways however to prevent it from happening.
Once you become lucid, you always get excited, but you just have to think 'calm down' to yourself, and hold on to your dreamscape. If your eyes are already open in your dream, leave them open, closing your eyes while dreaming can wake you up. If your eyes are closed when you discover you're dreaming (some techniques they are) then leave them closed. Picture the environment you were just in, or an environment, and it will form around you. Once you can walk around freely, keep reminding yourself you're dreaming. And as you probably know, dream spinning fixes many problems. I think sometimes you'll just wake up no matter what, like mid-dream I'll just wake up for no reason. But if you think you woke up from excitement or anxiety, then try some of these techniques, and there's plenty more out there.
