I've been fighting with my own laziness and what not for a while now and I've finally stopped failing at keeping a constant frame of mind devoted to realizing the dream state (even this very moment, heh).
The problem is that I have a lot of free time on my hands and I need something to actively do during this time devoted to LD training.
When I'm going about things that I have to do in everyday life to survive, then I merely keep this constant frame of mind to dream resolution but what can I do when I have nothing else to do?
I will not play video games, I will not just listen to music or watch movies. All that distracts me from my goal. I need something active to do in relation to LD training.
Now, meditation may be one idea but it's just too...passive. I'm practicing it somewhat already but I don't think meditating all day is a good idea and I really have loads of free time on my hands, often whole days, thus, I can't meditate the entire day.
Any ideas on active activities for LD training? I'm really lost for ideas here, heh.
