FILD advice

So fild worked for me but im having trouble working for me for a few weeks now, its a mix of 'it not working and me forgetting to try'
I tried to use a alarm to help but i think they may be too loud and most are too complex for me to use

SO any advice to remember to use FILD when i wake up immediately?

Hello! I’m one of the lucky ones that always wakes up 3-4 times in the night so I’m able to practice WILD and FILD without an alarm. You should definitely try falling asleep with the intent of staying still when you wake up, thats what I do atleast and it’s worked

I wake up multple times a night too, but im still having trouble.
