I've been doing a bit of research, since I've been keto now for a few weeks. I've noticed these past weeks that my dreams have gotten very vivid, and excellent recall (although no lucidity yet outside of a few seconds). |

I've never personally undergone a ketogenic diet, or delve deep into the correlations of food and dream quality, so I have no information of value to give you I'm afraid. I'm pretty sure I've heard though that eating a heavy meal before bed gives you an increase in dream vividness as well and is a possible cause of nightmares. That I've done before as almost everyone else in their life I suppose, though with mixed results. I know it's not entirely the same as undergoing a diet but, I'm curious, does your change in vividness also changes the types of dreams that you get? Also might want to check the time you consume these foods and how the affect your dreams. |

Yeah, I don't eat close to bedtime usually. That's another interesting concept, though. I had a dream once where one of my guides told me if I wanted to project out of body more often, I needed to eat lighter foods - and the dream showed me watermelon slices. *Shrug* |
