hey there! |
I really recommend you use the Search on the forums for all of the above. |
Yes it is possible, and I do it regularly. I have gotten to the HI stages, audio hallucination and the movement sensations EXTREME ones.... Its quite easy, you just have to have commitment and no fear. Do what you did before, dont expect anything to happen just let it flow and you'll be wilding in no time. |
God, grant me the courage the change the things I can, the serenity to accept the things I can't, and the wisdom to know the difference...
But why not sleep for hours before WILDing? o.O |
I find if i'm too tired i have no hope of WILDing. I need most of my concentration to stay conscious. |
"100% success you bitch"
I tried WILDing for the first time last night without waking up in the middle of the night and think I got into the first stage of it but felt myself too concious and my body wouldn't fall asleep or something. I starting feeling vibrations and numbness and some weird images (like a black vortex or something) but nothing beyond that. I tried to keep focusing on my breathing but it didn't work. Eventually I got frustrated and fell asleep. |
Every night I WILD without going to sleep first. It's a good way to practice. For example, if you can't get up in the middle of the night easily but somehow one night you do it, then you try to WILD then you might have a high chance of failing because it's your first time. If you catch my meaning |
yes, alot of people may not be able to wake up in the middle of the night without an alarm clock. A lot of people need to use the alarm clock to get up for school or work and therefore cant use it. i cant really work on lucid dreaming during school. There have been many times where i go to sleep late and saw all these images and colors ( this was b4 i knew about lucid dreaming) |
What is a WILD? Is it the same was a LD (lucid dream)? |

The saying "in your dreams" has taken on a whole new meaning...

WILD (wake-initiated lucid dream) is a technique to lucid dream. Basically you try to fall asleep while you remain conscious. If you succeed your mind will be "awake" while your body is asleep. |

Finally, somebody explained what a wild was! |
