Found a web page that might help WILDers

      Hi everyone

Since I've been trying to WILD myself for a week or so but having no success, basically due to the fact that I fall asleep before I get any imagery or vibrations and stuff.
So I though I might have a problem concentrating and keeping my mind on one task for a certain period of time. I googled a bit and found this weppage that offers some easy daily exercises that are supposed to improve concentration and visualization (both vital elements for succesful WILDing, right?):

      http://www.toteg.com/concentration.html

I have just been trying these exercises for one day, let's see how it affects my attemtps to do WILD.

      greetings Enf0rc3r

Hey cheers for that, it'll be quite useful for me because I have a hard time visualising things sometimes, and I can see how it would help people trying to WILD.

I took the time to read it. I think that it has a lot of potential to help keep me focused when trying a WBTB and WILD. I think you could use it to focus on the scenerio, including buildings and textures, smells...everything with enough practice.

I've had one WBTB and I'm hoping this technique could fuel some more.

      Thanks,
      -Justin-

Hey just wanna say how cool that site is... I hadn't thought about increasing my visualisations before, and I practiced the exercises all yesterday, now I can actually picture things in my mind properly. I haven't got around to trying a WILD yet, but I'm sure if I keep this up my HI will improve a lot.
