      CRLD (constant reminer lucid dream!)

Well this is my plan... throughout the day, I had my watch countdown ten minutes and then repeat. Every time it beeps after ten minutes I check my watch and do another reality check.

Hopefully my outcome for this is that since I expect the beep to come every once in a while and it keeps the idea in my mind that I might be dreaming... the beep will come and I will check if I'm dreaming and possibly become lucid!

Another thing I will try is that I'm gonna keep my watch on the couch in my room so it beeps and I hear it in dream so it will be a signal from the outside world to become lucid... I don't know about the last one though...

      Please reply with your ideas.

      you spelled 'reminder' wrong.

and yes this form of induction could work.

That should work out well if you can consistently apply it.

Sometimes all this effort can backfire. You do constant reality checks through out the day..all of these checks you do in your waking life have the same result..no I am not dreaming..over and over again each time you perform the test..many times when I am dreaming and I question something and do a reality check..and all the instability is there ..I still get tricked out of any dream awareness.

reality checks should be associated with actions.

For example today I performed an ultimate reality check.
I had a lot of dreams about my job. So today I performed reality check every time I had a customer. Which only took seconds. I expect it to continue, so eventually all my dreams about my job will be lucid
