      i just can't lucid dream!!

      i have them somtimes bu t most of the time i dont have them. can somone give me advice or a link for me to do to become lucid. and when i do lucid dream i slowly go back to reality.

      My advice:

      To become lucid: http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=16

      To stay lucid: Rub your hands together, keep doing reality checks, do math problems in your head, and most importantly keep repeating "I am draming".
