I Get The Vibrations...But That's About It...

Every once in a while, I'll wake up in the middle of the night and just lie there... ...All of a sudden I hear a VERY loud scream-like noise, the tinnitus in my head intensifies, and I start feeling the vibrations associated with Sleep Paralysis... ...But then they just stop... ...But I don't want them to stop... ...Any tips to enter SP and not stopping the vibration? 'Cause I really want to try attempting WILD

Take slow deep breaths. Also don't move or send thoughts racing through your mind. The next point depends on how you look at it. You want to (pretend to) feel the vibrations getting stronger, but don't be distracted by them. Let them go on their own if you can, then there will be a point where they are strong enough you know that SP will happen so soon and then just relax.

I suggest not paying too much attention to them. Know that they are happening but don't think abou them too much. Focus more on your breathing.
