Ok I decided 2 post this after reading this thread http://dreamviews.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1854 I have been using this technique for the past two weeks and 3/4 of the time its triggered a lucid dream.

1. Turn up the temperature - it should be constant all night
2. Arrange ur pillows so that u can get 2 sleep but not comfortably
3. Set the alarm on ur mobile and turn the volume down, put vibrate on and stick it under ur pillow (directly under ur head) for about 5 hrs ahead (you'll need 2 xperiment with the timing )
4. Tell yourself that if anything scary happens like u get chased 2 turn round and say 'fuck u im dreaming'
5. dream

i dont know if this will work for everybody but ive had gud results with it so far.

not 2 be tried by the emotionally fragile.
