Question Regarding BrainWave Entertainment -Keeps me awake.

I have a question regarding the BrainWave Entertainment program.
I follow the instructions correctly and I don't think it works.

So, I turned it on, then went to sleep with earphones in my ears.

I went to sleep late yesterday, at 11:47.

I followed all the instructions correctly.

But it kept me awake till 2:47!

I need advice about it. I was told by my brother not to use devices like that and try to have a natural lucid dream.

      thanks!

What preset did you use? Certain presets, like "meditation (deep)" are designed to purposely keep you awake. Are you using sleep induction? Make sure the starting frequency matches what you think yours is and it is not going down too fast (if you designed it) or your brain can't keep up with it.

You probably have a frequency that keeps you from falling asleep.
