      Half a W.I.L.D

      I got half-way through the WILD tutorial. The part i left was the mild vibrations. Well at least I think it was! I kept thinking I will have good lucid dreams, I will move from waking to lucidity. First of all I couldn't concentrate on the blackness coz then if i did i'd open my eyes, also I got a great shock when I got to the vibration stage, like I said It might not have been! Maybe i was having a spasm! Well, I started feeling this fuzz around me, and i thought oh this must be the mild vibrations. It wasn't mild. It grew and grew i could feel my eyes darting beneath my eyelids. I could no longer hear my guinea pig scratching in her cage or sipping from her bottle. But it grew and grew, the fuz around me felt larger, I became paralysed. I got a bit scared and started to wonder if I should wake up. I flew up from my bed and was berathing quickly, my heart was racing! a great experience. Additionally, this might be important... I didn't do stage one for sleep for 5-6 hours I went straight from 1:30am to sleep. Here are some questions ::

      1. Well I just want to know that I wasn't having a spasm? I'm not epileptic or never had a spasm before! If I didn't that would be great!

      2. Any tips for keeping me calm instead of my heart racing like a nightmare?

      3. Does everyone get streaks of colour or is it just that i'm odd?

      Hey there, Eagle. Sounds like you were right there, congrats! When you say you "flew up from your bed", do you mean that you sat up in bed, or that your "dream body" floated away from your real body?

      I don't have a lot of experience with WILD, but I'd say that it was definitely NOT just a spasm -- I think you were definitely into the HI and SP stages.

      I would suggest focusing on your breathing. Slow, deep breaths.

      About the "streaks of color" -- I'm sure that's part of the HI, but from what I've heard, it seems that everyone experiences that part a bit differently.

      I hope that somebody else with more WILD experience will jump in here and give you some more tips. But keep up the good work, it sounds like you've almost got it!
