Alright, i just wanna know if this is a good method before i try it (in about 30 min) so anyone on right now if they could please respond.. that'd be great anyways, im thinkin of goin to bed round 12, then wakin up round 5:30 and writing about my dream and comming on here and reading about lucid dreams.. then about 6:00-6-30 go back to bed and lay on my back while i think of dreams and lucidity... all opinions are valued.. and if that is what MILD is then tell me cuz i dunno
