When I'm trying some new technique to induce LD, I'm trying to get to bed as early as possible (maybe even 7.00 pm), pop some melatonin, and go to sleep.
I have specific sleeping pattern, where Im waking up every 2-3 hours. So at 1.00 am I've slept for 6 hours already. At 1 am I dont have much to do, exept going back to sleep. So I use this time to practice WILD, MILD, and whatever I want.
It gives me enough time to try 2-3 times. which is really great.
