while spending the ngiht at someones house which i aofetn do. It may be harder to rember because of the surroundings its proven that at home u are most relaxed thus the sating theres no palce like home. i would save that trys to lucid dremaing or improved recal for at home and jsut to relax and forget about it when sleeping over |

Does this happen to anyone else??
hey all. i was just wondering if anyone else on this fourm has extremly poor dream recall when they're away from home? i know that when i sleep over someone's house, i can never seem to remember even part of a dream. my dream recall is good at home, i'm starting to get at least 2 dreams every night, knock on wood. last night i got like 4 dreams. but whenever i am away from home i am never able to remember a single dream. well if anyone has any comments or anything to say, i'm all ears...

I suggest that you have to be comfortable, you are forgetting your dreams because of that uncomfort of sleeping in a different bed.
