Congratulations on your first WILD! Now, once you've experienced it , you will progress faster, because you will no longer poke at the darkness but know what to look for. |

Last night I had my first WILD. I woke up at 7am, put on my sleep mask (the kind to block the light), and went back to sleep. Since I'd just woken from a semi-lucid, I still had my consciousness in that spot. I was totally groggy, and was thinking to myself, "My consciousness piercess all." I kept my focus on that spot above my eyes where my dream vision seems to come from. I felt my eyes rolled upward a little, slightly straining. Suddenly, I realized I was seeing *through* the dream mask into my own bedroom. I kept thinking, "my consciousness pierces all." (seems wacky now, I know, but it was strong in my head when I woke up from the last dream). Major vibrations started, but I ignored them and kept focussing. I was just starting to fly when a mosquito landed in my ear in real life and woke me up. |

Ditto the above! Sounds like it seems to be an effective method. Shame about the mozzie though. |

sounds to me like you looked through your third eye |
|
Why?
I'm sure it was the third eye. I've had the experience of seeing through closed eyes a number of times, and each time my perceived reality is slightly different than real life. For example, I'll see a blanket (I'm often in bed when this happens) but the pattern will be moving (similar to an LSD trip). This time in particular, I was looking at a stuffed animal that was on my bed in the dream world, but not there in real life. I wonder, how different is WILD from astral projection? I mean, the astral world is similar to the dream world in terms of malleability. Its different from an OBE since it's not exactly on the material plane. I think WILD and astral projection are very similar if not the same thing. |

i think i had a wild last night, but im not sure. what happened was i was falling asleep and all of a sudden i was dreaming i was sleeping, this happens a lot to me. so since i was dreaming i climbed out of my dream body but something weird happened. i guess i wasnt fully dreaming or sleep paralysis hadnt kicked in because i couldnt turn my head in my dream. i tried turning my head harder and ended up turning it in real life waking myself up. it was weird |

Nice job on your first WILD! That seems to be how mine always start - laying in my bed with that 3rd eye always popped open. I hope you have another one soon, it took a while for my second to finally come. I think it was becuase when i felt the familiar sensation of the body tingling I got too excited and woke all the way back up. Good luck! |
