The last couple weeks Ive been experimenting with WBTB paying close attention to every detail of what I do and do not do and this week specifically I have found an amazing aide quite by accident.

I woke up and figured I would have my morning shake, I have a very disciplined diet but that particular morning I felt like I was burning out so I had my shake prior to my final waking, incase anybody is wondering I have nestle's breakfast shakes. So anyway I had my shake prior to going back to bed and my dreams were absolutely amazing, wonderfully vivid and I had multiple LDs in a 2 1/2 hour span, I credit these to the vividness though as I usually have 1 to 2 in a good WBTB. This whole week Ive been doing the same and have had 4 mornings where this has occurred.

There is no listed b/b6 vitamins in the shake so I passed that off and assumed it's just because my brain is fired up along with my metabolism. Im no scientist either so hopefully Laberge or somebody does some REAL research on the topic of food and dreams. Laberge never covered anything like this in his book maybe rev. 3 will.
