Might be hard, 'cause your REM-sleep starts after about 90min of sleeping, so I'd say you will only make it harder if waking before that. But you could always try some MILD but I won't promise it'll help... |

Ok so pretty much every night while trying to fall asleep ill be laying there waiting to fall asleep then back out and wake up about an hour later idk why but i always do it. Would it be wise to try a technique after only about an hour of sleeping. If so which technique would u suggest. |
