okay so i realize.. i seem to only become lucid when something is wrong.. like REALLY wrong.. because while i'm dreaming.. even if it is weird.. in my dream state i think it's absolutely normal.. and i can't seem to get lucid because i think it's normal.. then i end up waking up and remembering the whole dream without being able to get lucid. errr.. any tips? i know it's good to have reality checks and tests but.. how do i do that? i don't control my dreams so i can tell myself to check my watch in my dream.. things just happen. and i don't think i have a dream sign either.. and YES i should start a dream journal.. to see if i do have a dream sign but i mean hmm.. i'm not really a morning person and to write in the morning before school is not good for me.. is there anything else i could do? and besides.. i think i have a pretty good grasp on dream recall.. maybe not super details but i don't even remember details too much when i wake up either so.. what i retain during the day is usually what i got right when i woke up.
please help.
