      Hmm... yeah, but I dtill find that I use my journal to write them down straight after you have them.

      Typing them out AGAIN later on in the day can help reinforce the dreams, and the fact that you had them, even more... so yeah, I misunderstood, but I still think typing as well ans journalling is best...

      I agree, it is a good practice, but it isn't absolutely necessary..
