      WILD Problems and Lucidity.

Ive realized over the past year or so, that about 95% of the time when I become lucid in a dream, is when im running away from something, specificly in a nightmare, running away from my house down my street, whenever this happens in my dream, I ALWAYS become lucid, a feeling of (ive done this before...whenever this happens I always realize im dreaming...wtf, I am dreaming!) happens. The bad thing is, in the past 6 or so months, this has been the only times in which i have become lucid, and its a rare occasion, I dont know why this is the only time im able to become lucid in a dream, but I need to figure out other ways of become lucid because its just not frequent enough. Another question is about WILDS. I used to have them alot when I was young, it would start coming upon me in the middle of the night, and I would get extremely scared because I would know that I was about to enter a nightmare, and sure enought I would enter a nightmare lucid. Since then I havent been able to enter a dream thru one, I get the feeling often, and when it does i try to stay calm and relax like ive read, just try to let the dream come to me while im still alert, but the sensations im feeling become to inense, I feel heavy pressure around my stomach and my neck, and its very unpleasant, I often hear very loud screaming, but I never see imagry. I can only stay in this state for a min our two before it becomes to intense and I have to break it off...im never able to get any farther then this..could someone please help with my problems?
If your afraid of my answers, then stop asking scary questions.

      Hun, that wierd.

What kind of screaming sound is it. If it is sort of a high pitched fuzzy buzzing sound, it could be that your tightening part of your jaw mussel that is connected to your ear. But then you would have feel pressure on the roof mouth, jaw and ears- not your neck and stomach.

The screaming is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. It can be very unpleasent and intense. the only thing you can do is go with the flow. Just relax - remember that it is just a dream. I get SP a lot and occasionally hear people shouting in my ear.
You will get used to it eventually and when you do it wont be a problem any more - it just takes time.
      Are you dreaming or awake?
