      Thumbs up What's Dream Incubation?

      Under the labels for different lucid abilities, one says 'mastered dream incubation' - or something like that - i have searched for the answer but nothing came up - could someone please tell me what dream incubation is

      Might have been me. Dream incubation is the process of thinking of what you want to dream about, before you fall asleep.

      For example, suppose you want to be struck by lightning, while dreaming. Think about it, visualize it, before bed. If you fall asleep and get hit by lightning while dreaming, you have successfully incubated your dream.

      For example, one could incubate a dream to signal a dream sign. It's not every day you get hit by lightning. Others may do it strictly to acheive a task, such as having dream sex, or to meditate in a dream.

      yea i encountered this before. i once had a dream i was on a "party island" and i gave me a wonderful feeling that lasted all day. so the next night i contaplated on that dream and i had it agian.
