I think that one reason why i became lucid in this dream was that i were pretty drunk before i went to sleep. To be honest i fell asleep as soon as i went home from the city and went to bed. So is this a good way to acchive ld and control... ? . *I would really like if there would be a little more easy way.

Well, there is a big difference between having the sense where one can make choices of behavior within the given Dream Scene, and imposing directorial control over every aspect of the Dream Scene itself -- arranging the scenery and even controlling the behavior and appearance of the cast of Dream Characters.

For all the propaganda regarding Dream Control, the doctrine of Dream Control first arose in the Lucid Dreaming Community as an intriguing promise circulated with the hopes of boosting book sales and Weekend Seminar bookings. The tribal and primitive cultures where Lucid Dreaming had been discovered certainly had no experience with Dream Control and were puzzled why anybody would wish to cut off the Wisdom of Dreaming by imposing ordinary stupid control over a communication which would best have been left open to the All Knowing Spirits of the Dream.

In my opinion, nothing works better for me than being very tired. I have found that when you are very tired you want to sleep a lot more, not just because you want to sleep, but because you need it. I feel this is the best way to induce a Lucid Dream, but that's only me. It changes with the person.
