GCT
(Gum chewing technique)
Before starting this tehnique get about 5 hours of sleep.
Step1: Start chewing gum about five minutes before going to bed/
Step 2: Go to bed and keep chewing. concentrate on the gum.
Step3: as you fall sleep, the gum shewing will be transfered into your dreams, Then you should realize the gum is there, and you will instantly become lucid.
The only problem I have found with this is that I cannot spit the gum out in the dream. ( or if I do it just comes right back.)
