      How Much sleep dose everyone get.

      Hi everyone i was just wondering how much sleep you get (average) per night, and how much you get on weekends plus naps, and if you normally have good recall

      I sleep 10-5:20 pretty much exactly every weekday. With no naps in between.

      On weekends i normally sleep about 8-10hours but i do WBTB for about a hour after 5:15hrs of sleep.

      Weekdays, i have bad recall.

      Weekends i remember at least one long vivd dream.

      i sleep either from 0000-1000 or 0100-1100 or so. always at least 10 hours.

      I usually am satisfied with 8 hours of sleep, though i slept an average of 4:30 hours per night for the last 2 weeks (+ afternoon naps). Needless to say, my dream recall has significantly dropped during that period. I'm going to Amsterdam tomorrow, so i guess i won't be sleeping much anytime soon

      uhh weekdays I get about anywhere from 6 hours to 4 hours. ugh im sleepy! On the weekend I usually get much more sleep and can remeber a few dreams.

      hmm, so i guess its not abnormal for me to have bad dream recall on weekdays, i just need to get more sleep.

      I try to aim for at least eight hours of sleep plus one hour of overhead for noting down the dreams I have after each time I wake up. If I go to bed too late, I have to reduce my dream recall to make up for it, and I hate having to do that.

      I get between 8 and 9 hours on average.

      Any more than that, and I'm groggy. Any less than that and I'm useless.

      Weekdays I get about 6 hours of sleep which is good enough for me, and I have great recall about 2-4 dreams per. Weekends I get about 10 hours of sleep.

      I get 8-9 hours on weekdays, and 9-10 hours on weekends. I guess I'm sleeping enough cuz my dream recall is steadily improving. I haven't been going at this for very long, so I don't know if it's just my dream recall improving on a daily basis, but on weekends, where I don't have to get up early, I seem to have improved recall. The more sleep the better i guess.

      Do you guys sleep 8-10 like straight through or do you do WBTB..it seems 2 me that i dont rememeber much unless i stimulaete myself through WBTB.

      I am about to buy my b6 and melatin, (wich i only plan on using on weekends) And take it everytime i wakeup so i sleep through a whole weekend and recall like 40dreams :-O
      hopfully become lucid a bunch of times lol. Or maby i should smoke a oz of celea?

      Weekdays I get 8 hours and hardly have any recall. Weekends I get 8-9. I don't really get much recall there either. Last night I had to wake up at 3 after 5 hours of sleep and I was able to recall my dream I guess b/c it was sort of like a WBTB. Tonight could be interesting after going all day on 5 hrs of sleep.

      i usually end up WBTBing a few times per night naturally...although i generally don't stay awake for more then the amount of time it takes to record a dream or take a piss.

      I make sure I get at least six hours sleep a night on weekdays, for fatigue problems. On weekends I can usually have an extra three or four hours sleep.

      Dream Recall have never been a problem for me, I can remember my dreams long after I have them. Sometimes I can forget the smaller parts of my dreams but this only happens about once a month.

      Same. In the morning I take a minute or two to store any dreams I remember in my head, and then write em down in the afternoon. Also, since people I know are in most of my dreams, something about them reminds me of a dream. My recall sucks in the morning, I remember stuff later, and by the afeternoon have a couple of recalled dreams. Bad habit, I know, but it's working fine, so I'm not worried.

      I wake up several times during the course of the night, usually starting from the first 3-4 hours of sleep. Each time, I record the details of any dreams I remember, then go back to sleep.

      i might get 7-9 hours of sleep on the weekdays. and on the weekends 9-10 hours... the last time i napped was... almost a year ago...

      I normally don't get as much sleep as I want to because school starts early. I get between 6 and 9h of sleep during weekdays and 9 to 12h on weekends.

      Usually go to sleep from 11:45-12:30 and wake up at either 6:45 or 7:45 depending on the day of the week

      I lurve sleep. On average, I only get five or six hours 'cuz of school, but on weekends and when I have breaks its not uncommon for me to go fourteen hours. Current record is nineteen straight hours (minus five minutes for a bathroom break), but I was sick so I guess that doesn't really count.

      I try to aim for around six hours every night, but usually get about seven. Some of that time is waking up during the night. I really need to stop drinking soda.

      I'd say 7-8 hours of sleep a night. I go to bed at 8:30 or 9, and wake up at 5:00 or 5:30 on the weekdays, anyway.

      On weeknights (Sunday night -> Thursday night) I go to bed at 8-ish and wake up around 5:40 or 6. 10 hours of sleep really helps my dream recall. For one week I was up until 12 or 1 and woke up at 6 (5 hours of sleep, mostly). I didn't remember having any dreams...I even only slightly remember what went on during that week!

      On weekends I go to sleep around 9 and wake up at 7 or 8, 9 the latest. And my dreams are usually great.

      The more you sleep, the more you dream, right?

      i get 7 hours on weekdays and about 7 on weekends aswell (10:00-5:00 and 12:00-7:00) but i do take naps on tuesdays
