Ok this technique is the first i ever heared of to attain lucidity, mainly because I thought about it 10 years ago.
This is how it goes... I remember first having a LD in a nightmare.there was this ghost which frequently visited me to "check" if i was sleeping (If not he took me for a full night of nightmares thinkin im about to die). One night (I cant remember the though I had) I realised this ghost was only in my dreams so when I saw it I told my self "if im not willing to go with him or to challenge him (cause I could fake I was asleep), i wont" than it took me only one try and I said "I will open my eyes, im only dreaming, my body can still be awaken, I will open my eyes" than i woke up.
Ne way, in this dream I am willing to end it but I used this techniques very often , and saw that I became lucid only in nightmares. Could this be a good point to start on? Could this be a way for me to atain more frequent LD, I could meditate to see this ghost again. (I already have a detailled recall half the time but cant control lucidity)
