I usually have to have about 9 or 10 hours of sleep.

Usually it happens on a saturday morning, i have to wake up after 7 hours of sleep, and stay up for 30 minutes, and i fall back to sleep, and I am pretty aware of everything because my brain has had tons of sleep and REM. I use no induction techniques, but i try reality checks sparsly throughout the day.
My dreams just FEEL different from REALITY, there is a distinct difference between worlds. And they are most likely in 3rd person.
