it might be because of the RE |

After several lucid dreams now, I've noticed that they all seem to occur during holidays, after bouts of sleep deprivation. Usually the second or third day of the holiday, I'll have one in the last REM stage of sleep, in the mid-morning kinda time. Anyone else experience this/want to share any thoughts on why this might be? |

I also experienced an LD when I was taking a nap a few days ago to make up for the time change. |

I'm going to have to agree ShYne123. Over the last week I have'nt gotten more than 8 hours of sleep, and while I remembered tidbits, they were boring as hell, adn I didn't even bother writing them down (I don't want to remember dreams where I am doing home work |

I know right, april vacation means like 10hours of sleep per night :-) hopfully i buy sum valerian root by then so i can sleep more lol. (Dont worry i got a life heh, sleeping isnt my "whole life") |

Well to little sleep certainly has some effects on (lucid)dreaming for me. weirdly enough, when I sleep for like 14 hours my dream recall tends to be way less <=/ |
Good times, good times. If I don't have a nice break soon I'm gonna go insane. I'm an all A's student, but right now I just want to be a lazy ass and not do any schoolwork for a month. It's really ridiculous. Next wednesday I have 3 tests/quizzes, and about 4 hours of homework already assigned that are due between monday and wednesday. I'm probably going to get more, too.
|

Hmmm, i suck at making quotes huh? |

Heh, i just spoke to my friend, who doesnt make a habit of trying to LD, but has them occassionally, and he told me that he just had one, at the start of the holiday too. Catching up on sleep really seems to give ya a kick up the butt on your way to LDing ;O |
