Thread: Idea for RC, and becoming lucid

Wasn't sure where to post this so, here's my idea:

Listen to a loop, a short bit of music or a drumbeat or something off a CD player throughout the day(You could burn the loop onto a CD or something so it plays over and over)..Do reality checks often, while listening to the loop. The loop might get stuck in your head, keep doing reality checks. When you're laying in bed trying to goto sleep, have the loop in your head. When you fall asleep, you might have the loop stuck in your head, and you might automatically do a reality check. Do you think this would work? It's off the top of my head, I was just sitting here, and I thought of it...lol. Sorry for spelling errors.

Don't laugh..I think it might be an alright idea...lol. hmm.. I think that maybe you would begin to dream or something, and faintly hear whatever loop you listened to in the background of your dream, and maybe you would reconize it and do a reality check, then you could do whatever in the dream.
