      Does VILD work for you?

I just read through some tutorials and when I came accross VILD I thought that this one would be perfect for me. I just want to know if you guys had success with this technique..

Hello Liam Angel. To answer your question, yes, it’s a great way to become Lucid. Some people find it a bit hard to concentrate at first, but then again, if you think it’s right for you… try it. If you don’t try, you won’t know.

      Good luck.

I don't see how a VILD works really, the tutorial is a little confusing.

It's basically dream incubation paired with a reality check. So while you're doing your visualization of the incubated dream, keep doing reality checks until you realize you're dreaming. I haven't had a lot of success with this method, but the idea behind it makes a lot of sense.
