Ths technique has worked wonders for me. I tried it last night for the first time. It;s supposed to put you in sleep pyralisis, it got up to my waist, then stopped. |

Maybe 30-60 minutes... You really have to concentrate on trying to hear it. |

It's like your ears are ringing, after a couple minutes of that, you should get sleep pyralisis, or see hypnotic imagerey. Pay attention to the images, you'll enter the dream. |

I have heard this buzzing in my ear during the day when I am really tired or at night when I am going to sleep. It has always been my goal to try and make it go away. If I notice it again I am going to try this method. I might try a WILD and try this technique tonight thanks! |

I tend to hear this sound only when its very quiet or I'm feeling very tired. I tried concentrating on it before and it just kept me awake for ages |

I've been trying to do this like everynight since I've heard of it here, but I can't seem to concentrate on it too long cause I got a serious case of stuffy nose (allergies) but ill keep trying.... |

I enter sleep paralysis when I start hearing this sound. And this is my only method of WILD(may be WILD) |
|
I was too tired last night, so i dont have results. ill try tonight though. |
|
I'll give that a try, as focusing on my breathing for an hour didn't seem to get much past a very low level SP in my hands. |
