Doing constant RC's can not only be a pain, but sometimes don't work even when you do remember to check something in your dreams. I find that most of the time I'll make up excuses as to why something isn't working right in my dreams.

How about randomly telling yourself throughout the day: "I am dreaming". If you get that thought in your head enough, won't you repeat it during sleep or at least think about that phrase?

I realize that this idea wasn't hard to come up with. I'm just curious as to if it will work or not. Please excuse any grammer errors as I am very tired right now.
