Ths technique has worked wonders for me. I tried it last night for the first time. It;s supposed to put you in sleep pyralisis, it got up to my waist, then stopped.

Remember, this was my first night, and early in the night, while WILDS are supposed to be in afternoon naps or early morning.

You have to lay in a very quiet room. You have to listen for the tinnutus- the inner buzzing of your ear. After you hear it, you should enter sleep pyralisis, concentrate on the imagery, and enter the dream.

Works well.
