Try using the power of intent and just go with the flow...I find there is a big difference in wanting to do something and intending. Dreaming is not consistent. Your state of mind is not consistent. We change all the time.
Some tips on using intent:
State your intention out loud every night befor you go to sleep or right b4 you wild. After stating your intent just go with the flow. During my waking hour I state (out loud if I'm alone mentaly if there is other people): watch
This is a single powerful comand that tells you to be aware. Just like when making a program for a computer you should keep it smal and simple for best result.
When going to bed and in a relaxed state of mind and body. Ask your self a question like: How do I become more aware? or: How do I dream in a aware state of mind? Just relax and listen and observ any thoughts that ocure. If you find your thoughts runing astray or thinking to much state: peace. Realx some more and restate your question or intention.
It is easy to experiment with every night when going to sleep. If nothing else you learn alot more about your self and what makes you tick...
