Have you began to record your dreams?
Sometimes we seem to also have cycles in which we have dreaming droughts.

Try taking some B6 after a few hours of sleep.

Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep in all. You're probably going to have to go through your longer REM cycles if you want to jog your recall.
If you have an alarm clock, try setting it early (about 4-5 hours after you go to sleep) to see if you can catch yourself waking up during one of your REM cycles. If not, come to dreamviews, or do something dream related, for a little while and then go back to sleep with the intention of recalling/recognizing your dreams..
Drink some water before you go to bed, if you're the type that can get up in the middle of the night to whiz instead of just waking up 8 hours later with the urge.
Try to disrupt your sleep as much as possible without actually denying yourself sleep. The more often you wake yourself up, the more likely you are to snap out of one of your cycles and remember what you were dreaming last.

B6 is a normal vitamin supplement that you can purchase almost anywhere.
I don't see any reason to take much more than the recommended dose which is on the bottle. Depending on what size milligram tablets/capsules you buy.
There are many B vitamins. You can get a B complex vitamin that would include most of them.

Recording only helps for dream signs? Anyway, I don't record because I'm just to lazy to get up and do so. But I have a pretty decent recall, on average I'm getting two recalls a night. Though today my dad came barging into my room, and it completely obliterated any recall I was about to have. After that all I knew was that I had a dream, but I did not remember one detail from it.

I understand what your talking about, righ before I found this site, but right after I started reading about lucid dreams, I felt like i was really getting all this, and I was haveing several dreams anight that I could remember, but now I dont have as much. I guess just keep trying different techniques until you find one that works.
